15 Minute – Full Body Workout (With Child)

One of my biggest daily challenges is the ability to make the most out of my time.

This is the 15 Minute routine that I have began to fine tune to make the best of 15 minutes when I want a quick workout.

 

The aim here is to do super-sets of opposite muscle groups for every set.

Push Up (The One and Only)

Carry Up – Birpy

Wide Push Up (Lets Work The Spread)

Narrow Push Up (Activate Them Tricepts)
